Add release artifacts to Maven public repository

Since this is such a proper library project, we should absolutely add a procedure for deploying to a public Maven repository i.e. Sonatype OSS Nexus.

The clouds parted, and sky turned blue - Jitpack is here.
I'm closing this issue and relieving this project (too) from the pain of Sonatype OSS, instead opting for promoting using Jitpack.io to resolve PDF Builder as a dependency, starting with the next version (tag).
