New snapshot doesnt accept name

I had this now already twice that I created a new snapshot by clicking on the "+" button, entering a name into the "Rename" dialog and clicking OK didn't do anything at all. Could only cancel. The second time around all is normal.
I saw that duplicate names are correctly recognized, but that was not the case here. New name, new snapshot. Could not create it. The output window only shows the usual "snapshot created" "snapshot saved".
While we are at it, the "Rename" dialog shows up as VS window in the Windows Taskbar (Win7, VS2017)

Is it still happening? I've tried a couple of times to reproduce it, but without success.

Sorry, not using ContextKeeper since a long time. Cant verify.
