ENH: support multiple speech decoding libraries

Currently, the software only supports decoding via google speech. It would be nice to add in support for other packages to give the user more flexibility (and access to free speech decoding).

This package wraps a bunch of libraries and could be useful: https://github.com/Uberi/speech_recognition
