The manifesto lists many points but doesn't explain, i.e. prove, why they are true.

For example:

We can add the most value as professionals by drawing on the diversity of our identities,

Why? What does it follow from?

Homogeneity is an antipattern.

Blurry statement. What exactly is meant by homogeneity in terms of your job? Does it mean when you hire you should look at something irrelevant to that person's job like whether they like fishing? Or what kind of beer they prefer?

Et cetera. Your points might turn out to be correct (as anything might), but they must be proven as such, with logical reasoning and real social research, instead of asking for blind faith.
