After sorting a subreddit's posts the subreddit name becomes r/:subreddit/sort/:condition

Cant click any of the links on the page after already sorting a subreddit i.e. sorting by top then sorting by new tries to link to r/RVA/sort/top/RVA/sort/new

[CoreySutphin]

Now displays correct route on tabs after posts have already been sorted by another condition.
