[Bug]: Blood Moons and Blue Moons Not Working

What happened?
None of the Blue or Blood Moons are working. I have even tried to increase the chances of these moons but they still don't happen in game. When trying to increase the chances of these moons, I have altered the chance and shortened the year. I have also deleted the config file to allow the game to generate a new one and played for several game days and still no blood, blue or even harvest moons are happening in game.
