Flickering Issue of Snowstorms and Sandstorms

Bug that causes fog/world to flicker during snow and sandstorms. This issue can be somewhat relieved by incorporating a shader pack but it removes the fog that makes a blizzard.
Any known setting or way to fix this.
Running Embeddium 0.2.21
Oculus 1.6.9
