[Compat issue] Mod won't read or create config files when alongside Sinytra Connector mod

I've reported the issue on Sinytra Connector issues page as well. But I'll try here as well.

The mod works normally without the Sinytra Connector. When launching the server/client it creates config files to edit. If I add the connector mod and clear up any configs and relaunch the server/client it won't create the config files. If I leave the configs and edit them before adding connector mod back in, the mod seems to ignore the config files. I've tried with connector extras and without and using different version of both connector and weather2 mods.

Edit: It seems to be connected to CoroUtil. 1.3.4 and previous versions of CoroUtil work normally with Weather2 & Sinytra Connector. The Weather2 can create and read configs normally even with the Connector mod. CoroUtil 1.3.5 Alpha crashes on launch, and 1.3.6 bugs out config files if used with Connector mod.

Thank you for pointing this out, now I know why my configs weren't generating. Does the latest build of Weather2 work with Sinytra Connector on your end? It didn't for me and I had to revert.

Glad it came in useful. I mean the latest build did run and I saw some clouds after awhile. But most other things were broken. But I've read around and it seems the issue wasn't even connected to Sinytra. Just that the latest build is bugged in general.

I've confirmed that coroutil breaks hard if Sinytra Connector is used, gonna try to fix that.

But I've read around and it seems the issue wasn't even connected to Sinytra. Just that the latest build is bugged in general.

I cannot reproduce any issue when weather2-1.20.1-2.8.1 and coroutil-forge-1.20.1-1.3.6 are running alone together. I need more specifics than that.

Original issue relating to Sinytra Connector fixed with a CoroUtil 1.3.7 update Corosauce/CoroUtil@87ea9bb
