[Suggestion] Rain & High winds weather extinguishes campfires that are placed outside

Saw a mod that had a similar feature, but it doesn't work with Weather2 (since it uses an alternative weather system).

Could be an interesting feature to add to Weather2 and incentivize the player to use campfires insides shelters during high winds or rain.
