I would like to request the ability to blacklist specified mods' particles

I would like to request the ability to blacklist specified mods' particles.
Some of the mod's I'm using have particles that are for utility purposes and aren't supposed to be moved outside of their respective mods' control.

I'd also like to be able to add a 'weight' modifier to specific particles and their height. For ex. smoke particles have way too extreme of a reaction to wind from their source. Elevation and source has zero bearing on the particle simulation from the wind.
