1.20.1 No way to remove slow falling effect in config

I've looked throughout all the config files, using ctrl + f, and cannot find a config option to remove the slow falling effect that tornadoes give when they stop. I want to have the tornadoes in my specific modpack to be deadlier and more of a threat, but currently with no way to remove the slow falling they're kind of just an annoyance.
