Time label align in group

Now the time is displayed on the left side under group
We should add option to "Display" tab in editor to have a choice whether to render it on the left or center side

Can you please test the new version with this feature?

cd $GRAFANA_PATH/data/plugins/

tar -zxvf grafana-multibar-graph-panel-0.1.3.tar.gz

You should be able to select label align like on screenshots:

P.S. Please don't forget to restart Grafana and clear cache after that
