Per #15, we need a sample recipe to include in the documentation. I'll implement CSV-against-CSV testing for this example. Will require:

  • add nbsphinx
  • write ipynb recipe
  • integrate recipes into the index.rst toctree (potentially under a sub-heading with its own toctree?)
