Module compiled with Swift 5.0.1 cannot be imported by the Swift 5.1.3 compiler

Hi, I know this compiler issue is raised before but right now its severe as after April, 2020 we will no longer be able to use this library in our projects as Apple announced:

Starting April 30, 2020, all iPhone apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 13 SDK or later.

Since this library is not compilable with XCode 11.3 so our apps build with old XCodes will be removed from Appstore and we cant compile this library with new XCode.

Kindly update this library to be compatible and compilable with XCode 11.3
