  • Enable HTML build tests on PRs to develop branch
  • Enable HTML deployment for develop branch

I think I have this working now (see #13 for details).

The main site should be rendered after every push to master at: https://cosmostat.github.io/Shear-and-PSF-Reading-Group/
Similarly, every push to develop should generate a site at: https://cosmostat.github.io/Shear-and-PSF-Reading-Group/develop/
