Compiling paper support scripts and analysis notebooks for the paper

I have added a folder in papers/Remy2021 to add all of the notebooks and scripts needed to reproduce all of the results from the paper. I'm going to use this issue as our TODO
Here are the currently missing info/scripts (can be the command line used to train the models, added in the README):
- : Training Deep Mass
- : Training Score Network
- : Generating Samples for COSMOS
- : Running the cluster experiment
Here are the currently missing notebooks:
- : Data preparation for COSMOS dataset, should produce Fig.2
- : Notebook producing Fig 1.
- : Notebook producing Fig 3.
- : Notebook producing Fig 4.
- : Notebook producing Fig 5.
- : Notebook producing Fig 6,7
- : Notebook producing Fig 9
