Provide a page available to an unauthenticated user which allows them to see the details of a plugin (both GSM and Code)
I've now got a basic plugin description page running on my local machine - some styling and layout stuff still to do, but will be ready very shortly
Plugin description page should be linked from:
#63 - list of active plugins
the results page, for each result presented through the UI
Also, there is now a default plugin "oag 0.0" which isn't a real plugin - it should have a page too
Plugin description page is now tidied up and seems to be working nicely. Only thing remaining is an OAG 0.0 plugin page.
Question: the ubiquitous plugin seems now to be our back-stop. If it fails then a failure is recorded, so it's possible appearances of the oag0.0 plugin will disappear and never re-surface. Is this ok?

OAG plugin page added
@emanuil-tolev just assigning to you for the moment while you finish up the GSM plugin interface compliance. When that is done, the GSM configurations should all appear as plugins on the /publisher/list page, they should all have plugin pages, and they should all link to their edit pages.
Done a while ago.
