etherpads store changes, and changes can be viewed and exported. there should be a button to update one of our pages from the etherpad history states.

See "ep_cristo_restore_revision" plugin. Install via /admin.
Using that, you can also restore with a link, for example:
http://sometherpad.org/restore/[pad_name]/[revision_no]
