We've had several conversations about how to get people to set the page metadata when creating a new page (i.e. a proper title, author, tags, etc).

I think that a way we could do this is to:

• reduce the size of the "new page" blurb (possibly with an option to expand for more documentation)
• auto-open the page settings, so it's the first thing the user sees when creating a page
• auto-populate more of the page settings (at the moment, it just sets the title, but should auto-set the primary author from the logged in user)
