Contact name required in order to see records in admin software

I tried putting Mythic Beasts (the server folk) into the admin software, but ran into a problem - we don't have a contact name at Mythic Beasts, so I just put in the company, but now it is showing up that there is something in the listing, but it's appearing blank and won't let you click through to the record.
