Navigation item ordering

The current order of navigation items is pretty much random. Would be good if the nav was either:
- alphabetically ordered
- explicitly order by configuration
Also, for projects, I'd like to organise the navigation into two pars: current projects first (in alphabetical order), completed projects below (or a navigation item which takes you to a list of completed projects)
