access page settings without going into edit mode

Sometimes I just want to quickly modify the metadata about a page or its access conditions, so it would be good, if logged in, to be able to just pull up the page settings without first having to go into edit mode.

agreed, i found this too.

Should probably add "edit page settings" to the user options menu, so that logged in users can access directly from there, and not bother with it directly on the menu.
