Proper attribution for bloggers

A lot of our news pages say "I did this, I did that ...", with no indication as to who the "I" is. It would be great if there was a template which would include a picture and a bio for the author of a page (perhaps you check a box which enables that template). At least, some form of attribution is necessary somewhere.
Added "by author on date" to default search result settings. Should also add to page template though. The "author", "created_date", and "last_updated" are all in the record which will be available in the jsite_options values passed to the template, so could be extracted and written onto the index.html page template. Perhaps should consider an option in the page settings though too, to control whether or not attribution tag is required for a given page. For example it would look weird on the home page and some other pages I reckon.
No movement on this for 11 months. Functionality is there for when wanting to add this manually. This could fall into the general "templates" functionality where we have a template that does this, so this issue no longer needs to stand alone.
