I just deleted a page from /notes/api-report, and the following two confusing things happened:
1/ I got an error message with some text in it which I didn't understand
2/ The page was still listed in the navigation
To fix (2) I had to go and regenerate the site map, which worked fine. This should probably happen automatically.

also closing this ticket and referencing ticket #22 where nav functionality is being reconsidered anyway.
