Could just do a lot of bar graphs but that is kind of boring.
It would be cool and useful to have the temperature readings overlaid on the satellite. A 3d rendering of the satellite with hot zones (see below) would be awesome. To extrapolate temperature, I suggest to average all temperature readings with weights inversely proportionate to distance squared to the extrapolated point.
