[Feature Request] Img2Img batch compatibility

Right now when you attempt to use the batch tab in Img2Img an error occurs. "IndexError: list index out of range". It can successfully get through the first picture, but once it attempts to move on to the next picture the error occurs. Full error log here. Screenshot of settings for img2img batch and ultimate sd upscaler below. This would be an incredibly useful feature imo. Personally I create pictures in huge batches and would love if I didn't need to hi-res each individually. If we could drop them into a folder and have this batch work that would be a HUGE time saver and convenience.

This got fixed at some point either on a1111's end or yours, so I'm gonna close it.
