Full support for isoldr 0.6.10+

Hello. Can you add new parameters like "cddamode", "buffer" and "irq"? It's needed for 0.6.10+ loaders.
I added it to isoldr module, but still doesn't update the application.

Hi @DC-SWAT ,

First sorry for the very (very) long delay... I have a question related to this for you, i was not sure where to talk with you so I guess it's fine here.

In your latest gcc 9.3.0 patches, you do "hide" the init/fini functions, but this make some configure script to fail (freetype for example) or any binary linkage which is not dreamshell I guess. Could you elaborate on why you needed to do this ?

I got this patches as is from KallistiOS repository.
Try to disable examples at freetype configuring.
