Test relational and graph database models

Thoroughly perform tests on both database models, using both EF Core 2.1 and Dapper. Whichever model not only performs the most efficiently, but also is implemented in the clearest fashion, and minimizes long term scalability issues will be chosen as the sole model thereafter.
