Downloads them from the internet, so I don't have to release a new version if only those did change.

Preferabely from this repository. Users can select with the pack which version they want to support. I'll start with the latest one at release time. Older versions will be supported upon user request - so the LOTR Mod version is now assigned to the pack. Makes an easier distinction for converters - users have to update the specification which will take conversions into account.
