The WRT toolchain used in the project is several years old and some of the dependencies have been removed from their old archive locations.
v1.9.2 is no longer available from fossies.org.
Looking at the OpenWRT toolchain, they switched their Makefile to use codelab.
To fix this, just update line 15 in tools/lz4/Makefile to pull from a different repo like so:
PKG_SOURCE_URL:=https://codeload.github.com/lz4/lz4/tar.gz/v$(PKG_VERSION)?
