directory-named-webpack-plugin would allow us to ditch index.js files while maintaining the current developer experience with regards to fuzzy find.

NOTE: The plugin should be mentioned in the readme

This depends on Creuna-Oslo/codegen#11 (codegen scripts don't currently work without an index.js file)
