Description
- Integrate the Localizations PR to get rid of ~~. This should now read "Total Callers In Queue"
- This number should be the total number of people in all gateways in queue.
- This should be only callbacks. Make sure the filtering is working correctly on this link. Add "type" to this link. Same comment for "Remaining Calldowns."
- This should be Agents talking, either on an inbound or outbound call
- This should be Agents available, or agents sitting on their butts waiting for a call to come in
- Total People Waiting (English) + Total people Waiting (Spanish) = Total Callers in Queue + Remaining Callbacks + Remaining Calldowns (sum of #7).
