Phone Call Status Modal Formatting

The Call Status modal needs to be reformatted so that you don't need to scroll down to submit the status. Perhaps make the textarea smaller, and place the button to the right of the textarea?

Also, when the next phone call comes in, the previous status is pre-selected and the previous notes are already in the textarea. Those need to be cleared.
