Phone Test Recommendation

An observation: Meredith, one of our stalwart phone volunteers, sent me an email that the phone system is working beautifully with no problems. She is the only volunteer taking calls. I have the same experience when I'm the only one taking calls. Problems only arise when there are multiple volunteers taking calls. I think most of the issues are some sort of race condition, which is what we have suspected in the past. We could test whether it's an inbound-outbound conflict, or just an outbound conflict by loading up the callback queue, and then having a bunch of us all make calls at the same time.
