Remove "Register" button from Activation Page

Description
We have a major UX issue on the user activation page. See the screenshot below. When people enter their information and a password, they are presented with two buttons: "Register" and "Accept Invite." About 1 time out 50, people reasonably click "Register," Which takes them back to register their organization. They get stuck in a loop. Is there any way we can remove the Register button from the Activation page?
