Phone System Not functional for Outbounds: Major Issue

Description

I took calls for first time I've taken calls in a while. Not a single call arrived, and outbound calls will not work. How are our phone volunteers not rioting? There are 13 callbacks in the queue. None of them are going out.

• With 13 calls in the callback queue, outbound calls are simply not serving or connecting.
• When you click on the "Remaining Callbacks" there is no option to just click a button to call the person.
• When you try to copy a phone number from the "Remaining Callbacks" screen, the screen disappears on click; before you can copy the phone number.
• The Manual Dialer does not connect, even when I type a phone number.
• Changing your phone number on the phone page does not actually save anything.
• Also, when putting a case in the incorrect incident through /phone, the system does not prompt you which incident is correct.
