Description

  • Cannot Save: Front-end 500 error on save, mostly in /phone, but also on /work
  • Double outbound calls: Survivors receive multiple calls within minutes of one another. "I have received multiple calls this morning again when a call is routed to me after pressing the "Take Calls" button. Each time, the survivor said she/he was still on the phone with another phone volunteer, or had just hung up. I wish we could figure out this one glitch." Not sure if one is inbound vs. outbound. Are people being placed in outbound when calling in? Is the lock not being set on outbound? Am I canceling the lock to quickly? Is the lock not being set on outbound? Does the manual outbound dialer not update call statuses? SOLUTION: Get or create, and lock. If locked, "This call is in progress. Please choose another."
  • Manual Dialer: Reports it does not work sometimes. Requires copy/paste.
  • SMS: SMS sender does not work in /phone or /work.
  • Incident Selector: When changing the incident, the URL does not update.
  • Save Phone Profile: Cannot save phone number or remove Spanish as second language.
  • Existing Cases: Look up phone number for existing cases is inconsistent. Perhaps does not look for +1?
  • FEAT: More Training: Add a new training.advanced_training_links to /training
  • FEAT: Add ANI & Short Name: Add incident short name and phone number to callback green bar.
  • Stats: Spanish and English call counts are not populating in stats
  • Badges: Number of new chats, new news items.
