Form not working when Elementor and Elementor Pro is activated

Opened this issue · 11 comments

Hey guys. All good? Does anyone have a conflict between Elementor and JetFormBuilder? The registration form here only works if Elementor is disabled.
Both Elementor are on 3.22
Jetformbuilder in 3.3.4.1

You got this error?

" Something went wrong on insert into: jet_fb_records_fields"

Yes that's because of Elementor incompatibility.... Need a quick fix please

Completely uninstall JetFormBuilder (and check delete database records in the settings) does the trick !

I don't get this error. In fact nothing happens, the register button seems to have no defined action. There are no errors in the console anywhere. It simply doesn't work.

I'll try here... Thanks

Are you having the same problem? Did you try the solution below of deleting and cleaning everything and then reinstalling? I haven't tried it yet but as soon as I test it here I'll come back here to let you know.

Just to be sure do you have setup any action in the form builder? (On the right part)My guess is, for my problem, that at some point a strange character as been saved in the database when a form has saved the record then it broke the table or something. Maybe when testing the form directly from the element or builder.I’m curious to know your issue if you find from where it’s coming.Best!Envoyé de mon iPhoneLe 19 juin 2024 à 23:28, Tiko Volpe @.> a écrit : You got this error? Yes, there are 2 actions configured to register the customer and redirect to the store page. I believe it is not a wrong character because without Elementor active, the form made by jetformbuilder works normally. The problem is when I activate Elementor and Elementor. I don't believe that the wrong character recording is directly linked to Elementor because before the last updates the form was working.
