JetFormBuilder Render State Stopped Working

I have a few different websites that use the JetFormBuilder render states. They all just recently stopped working. The change render state buttons aren’t switching states. The conditional logic block containers are displaying both states at the same time. I also noticed that the eye icon for the password field type isn’t working properly either. I'm using the last updated version. I can provide more details about the websites if needed.
