Feature Request: Form Builder - Add name or description field to post submit actions

It would be interesting to include some option to name or describe the post submit actions. In more complex forms with several actions that depend on specific conditions, finding each one is currently quite confusing (since only the names of the actions are shown and this is repeated frequently).

Not exactly like this, but the idea is some field or balloon showing the description and some place to edit (like the editing popup).

Naming or describing elements is one of the things that helps a lot to make things less confusing and allows us to make edits faster for future maintenance. For example, in Elementor, each widget you add can be named and makes it easier to find each one.
