Sprint 2 User Story 1: Sharing Card Inventory (Part 2)

• Connect Go Channel to Ethereum Network (Test first, with infrastructure for Public Network)
• Dynamically parse laravel requests through function templating
• Parse all go protobuf returns in laravel and serve them to the frontend
• Create cache for most queried reports and cards to avoid requesting the blockchain repeatedly
