UX issues for contacts

We didn’t give the contacts screen much love. After doing some user testing some very compelling UX issues have come up that we can solve easily.

In particular:

• Better layout for the Contacts screen
• Add explanation for empty state contact list.
• Redo contacts sharing interface to be clearer – right now people are tapping the camera button to scan codes, when the action is update photo.
