on the block view, capitalize "Total transacted", "Consumed gas", "Active proposal"
on the account view, remove "?" from "Active Baker?"
on the account view, capitalized "balance" field titles
on the account view, show delegate
on the operation view, rename "Gas Consumed" to "Gas"
on the operation view, "From", "To", "Account ID", "Delegate" fields should be links. This should be handled generally using metadata as those values will be labeled as AccountAddress type
