It might work but if a lot of data has to be sent undefined behaviour starts to appear, from a client crashing to the whole server soft locking.
Here are some screenshots of it hapenning:
Online mode has been put in experimental in #205 until this is fixed.
Looks like it might have gotten fixed in #205, but it needs more testing.
Looks like it really is fixed, I will update that issue if anything comes back up.
