Heat Generation Upgrade + the EEE Heater

I don't know if its intentional or not, but the EEE heater doesn't seem to benefit from the heat generation upgrade. There's no reference to the upgrades in the EEE heater source, but at the same time the wiki documentation says that it should work with all heaters.
