Subtitles error

Please check your subs source. I have the same issue since weeks, subs won't load in any language, for any video. However, I am able to download them from an external source and use the file. Nevertheless I believe your service is too amazing to have an issue this size.

I tried reinstalling, no changes.
win 8.1
