We should use http://hackerwins.github.io/summernote/ instead of bootstrap-wysihtml5

I like this idea. Our editor has issues when I try to paste HTML into it, so I'd like to see this switch soon-ish. Looks like it works well with codemirror, which would be a nice bonus.
