License update in 6ddbbd1 makes cxxtest incompatible with GPL2 programs

6ddbbd1 updated the license to LGPL3, which isn't compatible with GPL2 (see https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#LGPL).

It would be great if you could change the license to LGPL2.1+ (LGPL2.1 with the "either version 2.1 of the License, or (at your option) any later version."), which is compatible with GPL2 and GPL3.
