Erratic backlight on the touch buttons on "7.1.0-11 Stable"

• The backlight is changing its intensity when the screen is on.
• The backlight turns on and remains on when there is a "no-led" notification (like apps updates availability from the market)
• When charging the battery with phone off, the backlight remains on (with low brightness, but still annoying)

All this points doesn't help for battery life...
