Voice wont transmite

My linux server starts normaly ( its host server ) and I start it and all goes normally without any errors. I join the server and start talking, my mic goes green and its recognized and same stands for my friends. But when we try to talk to eachother the voice wont transmite and the png that goes on top of their head is not showing up ( witch is normal because I cant hear them ). Do you know how to fix this issue. It works perfectly fine for windows ( on my PC ), but on linux it has this problem with the transmition. Its the 0.3DL version witch ZTzTopia had done. Please help I need to publish my server as soon as possible.
